WE LEARN REASONS TO CONTINUE FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN IT ARISES, INSTEAD OF STOPPING and NOT FACING THE SITUATION WE ARE FACING. WE LEARN TO ENDURE THE FEELING OF DISCOMFORT WHILE WE LEARN WHY WE HAVE CHOSEN TO FEEL THIS WAY WHILE WE HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE. IF WE FEEL DISCOMFORT, WE UNDOUBTEDLY HAVE MUCH TO LEARN FROM HAVING IT.
